Database Analyst Consultant
InterScience, Inc. is searching for a short term consultant, preferably a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, to improve current database design, specifically with regard to data normalization. InterScience, Inc. is a 27 year old small business located in Troy, NY. Multiple Microsoft Access databases are used in the administrative and operational aspect of the company and are extremely important to daily operation. We are looking for a consultant to review our existing database structure, and design an improved database structure with specific attention to table organization and data normalization to be implemented by InterScience staff.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Certified Database Administrator
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Access 2003
- Experience with back end database design
- Experience with database data normalization
- Experience with development of database business rules
- Excellent Communication/Interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
